Lions mane?

So I have 2 Qt jars of milo that are at about 99.9% full colonization, my question is this: what's a great substrate for these, and can I just fruit them in trays, a mono setup, or bags?

Straw is easy to find if you can't find wood pellets or chips to use.

Wheat Bran enriched Sawdust with gypsum ,PC'ed in Large autoclavable bags is a winner ,for H. Erinaceous. Check out this substrate recipe.......
