U can't beat the pinks and yellows for presentation very pretty mushrooms .make a Nice salad with them hazelnuts and a good blue cheese.def puts my lady in the mood lol nice grow  mushinist look forward to your others.

After the sawdust was colonized (which didn't take long at all) I put a couple slits on both sides.

There would be some nice ones on the inside of the bag, but the way the myc grows it pulls a lot of sawdust with it and is mixed in so wouldn't be very tasty, lol.
