Discoloration could be simple bruising from the substrate being stressed.   If it's trich it's toast.   You'll know in a week.     Interesting that it is by your FAE holes.   Maybe decrease the amount of FAE by increasing the amount of polyfil packed into the hole.

It's not trich. I guarantee it .

It's not trich. I guarantee it . The reason I think that it's bruising is because it is only around the Polly fill areas.

So pack those holes up tighter or tape them.   Mist those areas a little more than the rest.  If it's bruising from too much FAE you will see an improvement in coloration.

Okay. I made the Polly really tight at the bottom. Gave it more light. And a good misting. I hope it will recover I see hundreds of knots. Litterlly hundreds of them

Light.   It really doesn't do anything but give the mushrooms a direction to grow.   They are not like plants and don't use light the same way.    A window.   Light.    Candle might even be enough.
